People are suddenly asking me about the Y grade. Yes, you can opt for a Y grade. Some remarks:
1) In order to receive a Y grade you must be passing the course already.
2) You must opt for the Y grade before the final exam, and once you do you can't change your mind after the exam.
3) Exercising this option can affect your GPA
4) Exercising this option disqualify you for some programs.
Please discuss with your program advisors, and when you contact me to request your Y grade please tell me about this discussion.
